Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your understanding of these policies as we strive to ensure a smooth and organized experience for all participants

A $500 deposit is required upon registration to secure your spot.
Deposits are refundable until 120 days before departure, which is December 26, 2023.
Cancellations made within 120 days of departure (from December 27, 2023, onwards) will result in the deposit being 100% non-refundable.
Any cancellation made between December 27, 2023, and the trip departure on April 26, 2024, will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the minimum number of participants. In such cases, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Please note that trip cancellation insurance is MANDATORY for this retreat.
